Life assurance: freedom to provide services
The European Union is recasting the special rules relating to freedom to provide cross-frontier services in the life assurance field with a view to simplifying existing legislation.

Repealing the following acts:
Directive 79/267/EEC (First Directive) of 5 March 1979 [Official Journal
