The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and the Asian/Pacific Group on Money Laundering (APG) have jointly conducted an assessment of the implementation of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) standards in New Zealand.
New Zealand is a member of the FATF and the Asia-Pacific Group on Money Laundering (APG). This evaluation was conducted by the FATF and APG and was adopted as a 3rd mutual evaluation by the FATF at its Plenary on 16 October 2009.
