Overview
I would like to invite you to our European Fiduciary seminar. There is an exciting line up of industry experts covering a wide range of topics, including the expected Finance Bill Changes in the UK and more generally the increased use and regulatory impact of derivatives in the Funds Industry and the evolving regulation of Sophisticated Alternative Investment Vehicles (SAIVs) in Europe.
Furthermore we will look at the consultation process outlined within the EU Commission Green Paper and the enhancements of the EU framework for investment funds.
We look forward to welcoming you on 6th December.
