Welcome to our second (special) edition of News & Views for 2000

This is a special edition of News and Views issued as a response to the many enquiries received from clients and industry colleagues in connection with the take-over of Mannesmann by Vodafone AirTouch. All of the information in this edition will of course also be relevant, in principle, to subsequent mergers (e.g. Glaxo Wellcome/ Smithkline Beecham and BP Amoco/ARCO) should they be finalised.
